  1. Very well written and right on. It is important to seek out help and be honest about how you are feeling and your condition. I don't do enough of that and sometimes try to hide my mental illness which probably doesn't help.
    I think embracing self-care is important, doing something that makes you feel good as long as it's not harming you or anyone else is really good. I sometimes just sit outside and think and that really calms me.
